If you've got at least 6 months of customer service experience and want to step into a role where you'll make a real difference, this is it.

We're hiring for a frontline Customer Service role where you'll help customers who are worried about fraud on their bank accounts. Youll be their first point of contact, helping them feel safe, heard, and supported.

Taking calls from customers reporting suspicious transactions

Listening, reassuring, and helping to resolve their concerns with empathy

Using multiple systems to investigate and update cases accurately

Following processes carefully to protect customers and their money

6 months+ experience in any customer service role (contact centre, retail, hospitality, all welcome)

A calm, clear communicator who's comfortable dealing with emotional or distressed callers

Tech-savvy with solid typing and multitasking skills

Able to work full-time on a rotational shift pattern (days, evenings, weekends)
