What you’ll do:
Speak with customers by phone and help with their queries
Listen carefully and offer helpful, clear solutions
Use computer systems to update records and follow processes
Be part of a supportive, close-knit team
What we need from you:
At least 6 months’ experience in a customer-facing role
Good communication and listening skills
Confidence using computers and handling customer information
Flexibility to work shifts, including some evenings and weekends
