Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for hospitality? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where
your contribution makes a real impact? We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant – Hospitality to join our dynamic
and supportive team.

Working across Ocean Exmouth, Exeter Airport, and the Woodbury Support Office, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate
financial support and helping to maintain strong financial governance at site level.


ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Finance Assistant – Hospitality, you’ll be the go-to finance contact for our hospitality sites, supporting day-to-day
financial processing, managing records, and responding to queries with professionalism and efficiency. From processing supplier
and sales invoices to assisting with cash handling and month-end tasks, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll work closely with site managers and the wider finance team to support financial compliance and contribute to a
values-driven culture where everyone feels empowered and informed.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

* Managing accurate financial records and systems for hospitality sites

* Processing invoices, preparing sales invoices, and supporting month-end activities

* Providing finance and payroll support to colleagues on-site

* Assisting with financial compliance and policy updates

* Supporting wider finance projects and reporting

* Building strong relationships with site teams and being a visible, supportive presence


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* Experience in finance processing or administration, ideally in hospitality or customer-focused settings

* Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail

* Confident user of Microsoft Excel and finance systems

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently across sites

* Integrity, empathy, and a commitment to continuous improvement
