We have fantastic opportunities available for you to join our nursing team. We are looking for passionate band 5 registered nurses with excellent communication skills who understand the importance of patient care and have the ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate a care plan, recognising the specific needs of patients and relatives with compassion and empathy. Maintaining high standards of nursing you will be a team player who enjoys an unpredictable working day with the desire to drive change.
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated nurses to work with the multi-disciplinary team on Syringa Ward as a band 5 staff nurse. Applicants should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We are an acute medical ward specialising in older people services. We are a friendly and conscientious team who are passionate about the older person. We have a large work force including tissue viability nurses, the palliative team and dementia care nurses that we work alongside and seek expertise and advice from on a daily basis.
