An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated, dynamic individual to take on a key administration role in our busy Renal Service
The post holder will provide essential administrative and clerical support to a large multi-disciplinary team, helping to ensure that patients receive excellent care from our service. This will include booking clinics, changing appointments, and being first point of contact for patients getting in touch with the department.
This is a fast-paced department and would suit an individual with a proactive approach. The job will involve face-to-face contact with patients, clinicians, pre-assessment nursing staff and ward clerks.

• To provide professional receptionist and administrative support to the and an excellent “front of house” service for the designated inpatient wards.
• Work alongside the medical and nursing team to provide seamless care for the Trust’s patients; ensuring that all patients, relatives, and visitors to the Department are dealt with in a courteous manner at all times.
• Accurate data capture on CRS.
