We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Nottinghamshire to assist with the appointment of a Cleaner, on a 1-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £12.26 - £15.82 per hour
Responsibilities:
The cleaning of the establishment and maintaining high standards in these areas.
Maintaining floor surfaces in accordance with the requirements of the Authoritys cleaning and janitorial specification.
Attending to and cleaning up after spillages.
Clean soft floor coverings and soft furnishings.
Deep clean areas on a rotational basis.
Education and Knowledge:
Either possess or have a willingness to gain NVQ Cleaning & Building Interiors Standards Level 2.
Willingness to train in hygiene and safety to an appropriate level for the job.
Basic awareness of Health and Safety.
Knowledge of operating specialist equipment related to the job role.
Experience Required:
Related experience of cleaning and using equipment.
In working as part of a team in a similar situation.
In the use of floor maintenance machines and industrial vacuum cleaners.
Essential Requirements:
Food Hygiene
Knowledge of COSHH
Practical skills and knowledge of the safe operation of cleaning and laundry equipment
Please note:
You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
You should have right to work in U.K
This role requires an Enhanced DBS
