Summary
We are working closely alongside with Nottingham Community Housing Association to assist with the appointment of a Cleaner, on a 1-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £12.21 - £15.75 per Hour
Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and diligent Cleaner to join the Facilities team at NCHA's corporate office sites. The role is essential to maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment, supporting staff wellbeing and ensuring high standards of cleanliness are upheld.
Responsibilities:
Clean designated areas according to agreed work schedules, ensuring consistently high standards.
Maintain stock levels of consumables (e.g., toilet and kitchen supplies).
Complete and submit cleaning activity records on a monthly basis.
Ensure cleaning equipment is in good working order and report any faults to the Senior Caretaker.
Report health and safety hazards as observed during duties.
Safely store cleaning chemicals and materials in accordance with COSHH regulations.
Ensure office premises are left safe and secure when finishing shifts, if last to leave.
Essentials:
Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Understanding of Health and Safety requirements and COSHH regulations.
Previous experience in cleaning commercial or office premises.
Ability to lift and maneuver cleaning equipment.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks while contributing to a team environment.

You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
