Crynodeb
Personal assistant required for a 14-year-old with a learning disability living in the Truro area.
This young man enjoys sci-fi, especially Star Wars and computer games such as Fortnite and Roadblox. It would be beneficial if the Personal Assistant shares similar interests so some social interaction can be enjoyed between them both.
The Personal Assistant will accompany this young man on social activities in the local community and encourage and build on his life skills.
The needs and expectations will be clearly explained by the employer.
Approximately four hours per week to begin with, with the hope of growing to 7 hours eventually.
£12.60 per hour.
The successful applicant will be employed under a private arrangement with the family, and not be employed or carry out work for Cornwall Council.
