• Attend relevant meetings and training, including those outside working hours if required to ensure that you and the nursery team remain complaint and informed on business changes and best practice.
• Work closely with the Director and Management Team, while also taking full ownership of day-to-day operational responsibilities while operating with autonomy and initiative.
• Maintain open communication with the Director and Management Team, giving them an honest and transparent overview of the nursery operation.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities that reasonably fall within the scope of this role, with the understanding that any permanent changes will be clearly defined and included in the job description.
