The role: The Care Support Manager will have ownership of the Care Support Team, supporting the operations team with their occupancy targets.



Key Responsibilities:


Ensuring that all key customers, including teams within Care UK homes and relatives receive excellent customer service.
To support operations in achieving their occupancy targets
Making sure deadlines are met without delay
Meeting our SLAs and highlight any risks to the Shared Services Manager
Conducting Day 1 of the induction for new recruits and ensure the code of conduct is signed
Hold monthly divisional meetings with the Team Leaders and their teams
To support the Team Leaders in achieving their targets and objectives; providing support in areas such as coaching and delivering feedback
The key point of contact for the Sales and Marketing teams, as well as HMs, RDs and ODs for any queries
Providing weekly and monthly reporting to the Shared Services Manager
Ensuring there is a positive team culture

Track record in delivering a proactive and customer focused service.
Ability to plan workload and prioritise tasks.
Capacity to successfully interact with all stakeholders and provide excellent progress reports
