What you’ll be doing:
As Care Home Manager, you’ll be entrusted with overseeing all aspects of the care home, ensuring that residents receive the best care possible while maintaining the highest quality standards. You’ll be responsible for:

Leading a dedicated team to provide top-notch care for residents

Managing all operational and financial aspects of the home, including budgets and recruitment

Developing care plans, conducting reviews, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and Care Standards

Fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders to build a strong community

Driving the success of the home while maintaining a warm, welcoming environment

What we’re looking for:
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Care Home Manager, with a proven track record of managing care homes successfully

Experience in overseeing resident care delivery and ensuring the home meets CQC standards

Strong leadership and business management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate your team

Solid understanding of CQC regulations and care standards, with a focus on continuous improvement

Nursing experience with a valid NMC pin (essential)

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

A passion for providing high-quality care and making a positive impact on residents’ lives
