We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Representative to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales for our range of office equipment and photocopiers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Outbound Calls: Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business leads and sales opportunities.
· Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various means including databases, research, and referrals.
· Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and the office equipment industry to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
· Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations over the phone to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits of our office equipment and photocopiers.
· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
· Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
