We’re currently hiring Telesales Executives to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with businesses across the UK and become part of a company that values performance, ambition and hard work.

Estimated Start Date: 1st September 2025

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or call-centre roles
• Confident, clear communicator with strong phone manner
• Target-driven, Self-motivated and resilient under pressure
• Basic IT and CRM skills
• Comfortable with learning new tools
• A team player who’s also happy to work independently
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must be eligible to work in the UK

Key Responsibilities:

• Confidently reach out to new and existing business customers over the phone
• Hit daily and weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions
• Understand client needs and match them to appropriate telecom, energy or water services
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in our CRM
• Re-engage lapsed clients and develop new opportunities
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
• Stay up to date on our telecom and energy offerings to match client needs
• Stay informed on industry products and market trends
• Collaborate with your team to reach shared goals and drive business growth
• Represent the GGS brand professionally and positively at all times
