A warm, patient, and consistent approach.
Passion for supporting neurodiverse learners, especially those with SEMH.
Confidence in handling challenging behaviour positively and calmly.
Someone who truly believes in the power of relationships in education.
Team spirit, flexibility, and a great sense of humour!
