We are seeking a passionate SEN Modern Languages Teacher (French, Spanish, or German preferred) to deliver creative, inclusive language lessons across our Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft sites. The successful candidate will design engaging, accessible lessons that make languages come alive for students with a wide range of learning needs. With an emphasis on movement-based learning and relational practice, this role is ideal for a teacher who wants to innovate and inspire.
A fully creative and flexible curriculum tailored to learners with additional needs
An ethos rooted in movement, curiosity, and expression - supporting learners with ADHD, autism, or dyslexia
A commitment to non-restraint and trauma-informed behaviour approaches
Small class sizes (up to 10 pupils) with three staff in every room
Onsite clinical and pastoral teams supporting holistic student development
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS
Experience teaching French, Spanish, or German at secondary level
Ability to adapt and personalise learning for students with EHCPs and SEN profiles
Confidence in managing classroom routines and supporting behaviour plans
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to travel between sites)
