The Opportunity
As Senior Mechanical Site Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the successful delivery of mechanical works on site — managing subcontractors, coordinating the build, and making sure everything runs safely, smoothly, and to the highest standard. You'll be the key on-site link between their teams, subcontractors, consultants, and the client

What You’ll Do
Lead all mechanical site activities on large residential projects.
Manage site teams and subcontractors to meet project goals and timelines.
Act as the main point of contact for all mechanical site coordination.
Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and quality.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive site culture.
What You’ll Bring
Proven site management experience on residential mechanical projects.
Confident leadership and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate teams, solve problems, and drive project delivery.
SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Black or Gold) certification.
Salary:
£65,000–£70,000 salary
