In this role, you are accountable for Provide leadership of multidisciplinary scrum team/s Delivery of products in-line with project and sprint goals Developing and maintaining motivated and self-organising teams Delivery team inductions and kick-off Facilitation of Ceremonies daily stand-up, retrospective, sprint review, sprint planning and backlog refinement Identify blockers and help the team overcome them Management of Delivery Team worries / concerns and escalation, if appropriate Ensuring budget is in place and on track Tracking and reporting of progress On-going review of resource requirements Developing a proactive relationship with line manager and Programme Manager Participation in Delivery Manager Community and sharing of learning On-going learning, personal and professional development and the development of the Portfolio function as a whole In addition to the above accountabilities, as post holder you are expected to1.
