This is a role that will require developed leadership skills, an innovative approach to safeguarding leadership and an insight into project management skills. The post holder will need to be a confident, assertive communicator who has excellent interpersonal skills and regards themselves as someone who enjoys engaging and interacting with other safeguarding clinicians and building resilience within the safeguarding team.
