Crynodeb
JOB SUMMARY Main duties to include dealing with incoming telephone calls confidently and signpost patients to the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient, and effective way. To be able to process appointment requests from patients by telephone or by the relevant NHS approved communication tool, following the Care Navigation protocol. To provide a professional and comprehensive information support service to the practice team. The post holder will be expected to undertake a range of clerical task, including the use of a PC for data inputting and operation of the EMIS Web system. To provide a point of reception contact for patients and act as a focal point of communication between patients doctors and other members of the clinical and administrative staff.
