About the Role: Working as part of a busy team, you will assist the operational team in scheduling and planning works efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring a quality service for residents. This role involves both on-site and office working, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
About You: You will have experience working in a call centre environment and possess excellent communication skills with keen attention to detail. The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines and targets is essential. A valid UK Driving Licence is also required.
Responsibilities:
- Providing customer service to residents and customers.
- Arranging and rescheduling appointments for residents with Trades people in a cost-effective and organised manner.
- Dealing with queries from residents and managing appointments.
- Logging current jobs onto our job management system/database.
- Collaborating with Supervisors and trades people to organise and schedule work.
Benefits:
- Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum
- Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday
- Company Vehicle: Implied by the DL requirement for on-site work.
