Resident Liaison Officer - Stratford Area - Permanent, Full-Time

The Role: You'll be the primary point of contact for residents during building repairs, ensuring they're informed, valued, and their feedback leads to continuous service improvement. This involves assisting vulnerable residents, managing complaints, and organizing consultations.
About You: We need someone caring and empathetic, with strong customer service experience and the ability to adapt to individual needs.
Requirements:
- Experience with vulnerable residents and customer service is essential.
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence required (company vehicle provided).
- Flexibility for travel and occasional evening meetings.
