- Contract: Full-Time
- Remuneration: £95 per day
- Working Hours: 08:30 to 15:30

About the Role

Responsibilities
- Individualised Support: Provide one-on-one and classroom assistance to pupils with special educational needs, tailoring support to each child's unique requirements.
- Inclusive Learning Environment: Contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes the academic and personal growth of all students.
- Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with the teaching staff to implement effective strategies that enhance the learning experience for SEN pupils.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and patience in responding to the varying needs of pupils, ensuring their well-being and development.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in supporting children with special educational needs, either individually or in group settings, is essential.
- Passion: A genuine commitment to aiding SEN pupils in reaching their full potential.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Commitment: Availability for a full-time position during the specified working hours.
- Transportation: Possession of a valid driving licence is essential due to the location of the school.
- Background: While experience in educational settings is advantageous, we welcome applications from individuals with support work backgrounds, recognising the transferable skills they bring.
