Crynodeb
As part of the Nursing Team, working in line with Julias House policies and procedures, provide family centered respite care both in the Hospice and Community for children who have life limiting and life threatening conditions. When necessary, provide a flexible and responsive approach to support the requirements of end of life care. Role model Julias House Values and Behaviors at all times. Work with the Lead Nurses and Director of Care to meet the requirements of all regulatory bodies. Maintain accurate records, contribute to policy development and ensure procedures are up to date and evidence based.
