We're looking for a Billing Assistant to join our dynamic finance team at Movianto UK in our state-of-the-art Bedford HQ. Working Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs a week and you'll be paid £25,000.

How you'll make an impact as a Billing Assistant at Movianto:
- Manage invoicing, claims, credits, and backup creation (VAS, Couriers, TPI, PCNs) while resolving client queries efficiently.
- Process manual invoices and claims, clear billing mailbox, and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and support financial duties and project testing.
- Maintain a customer-first approach and collaborate well with diverse teams.
What it will take to thrive as a Billing Assistant at Movianto:
- Utilising strong organisational skills to with a methodical and logical approach to managing tasks and processes
- Managing client query resolution and billing claims
- Creating and emailing back up for weekly and monthly invoices
- Process approved client service level and claim credits
- Assist with any financial duties within the job holders&© capabilities
- Any ad hoc reporting or activities to support the business.
- Support with project testing and system changes
