Crynodeb
The Church Facilities Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the church. They work closely with various stakeholders, including the Trustees, Congregation, Minister, tenants, and commercial clients, to manage and maintain the premises effectively and to uphold the ethos of the church as a Unitarian centre.
The building dates from 1912 and is used both as a church and as a community and arts hub. (The church also owns three shop buildings which are tenanted and for which occasional assistance may be required).
This role offers you the chance to be a vital cog in this historic building's operation and to meet a variety of different people along the way. You will be responsible for organising and overseeing maintenance, and on occasions providing access and support to tenants and hirers.
There is considerable scope for the right person to be involved with the community life of the church and/or the creative life of Artbomb, and we welcome suggestions of initiatives and improvements.
