A successful and growing design, manufacturing, and retail company based in Par, Cornwall is seeking a Sales Executive / Client Account Manager to manage existing customer relationships while driving new business development.
The company designs, manufactures, and supplies high-quality lighting products to both retail and wholesale markets across the UK. This is a great opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys a mix of office-based work and client-facing visits.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage and develop relationships with existing clients

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across multiple sectors

Sell to wholesalers, interior designers, retailers, and commercial clients

Maintain regular client contact, upsell where possible, and ensure smooth order processing

Use CRM systems for communication tracking and appointment management
-
Attend client site visits as required – flexibility is essential, with visits ranging from monthly to several times per week
Candidate Requirements-
Experience in sales or account management

Background in lighting or electrical products is advantageous but not essential (full training provided)

Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Able to manage deadlines and sales targets under pressure

Willingness to travel and communicate with clients outside regular office hours when required

Comfortable using CRM tools and following up on appointments and calls

Eager to learn and complete internal product and skills training
