Energy Deployment Co. Ltd. mainly provides products and engineering services to the oil, gas, petrochemicals, power, and related industries. The expertise gained through many years of experience within the energy sector makes us business partners for customers all over the world. Our company is exporting more mechanical equipment specific to gas turbines, steam turbines, pumps, and HRSGs used for powerplant applications and industrial plants.
Job Description
• to check the quality conformity of the equipment we are selling to ensure it is suitable for the function and meets the required engineering standards to set up technical quality standards for procurement of relevant equipment (e.g., turbine blading or ceramic tiles)
• to set up test procedures for quality testing of parts as part of any procurement
• to review technical differences between client requirements and manufacturers' processes and bridge any differences
• to be ultimately responsible for the final technical sign-off on procurement decisions
Requirements
As we are not a manufacturer, we require someone with the correct technical expertise in the procurement phase, along with the following:
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering with a preference for mechanical engineering
• The applicant would have to have experience in reviewing technical quality documentation (metallurgy, dimensional conformity, test procedures) as part of a procurement process.
• Experience in the powerplant industry would be preferred
• Language skills are preferred as it involves dealing with global markets
