Crynodeb
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admission Clerk to join our NHS healthcare team.
You will play a vital role in supporting the surgical admissions process by coordinating and booking patient appointments for surgery.
This position requires excellent administrative skills, a strong understanding of healthcare procedures, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, clinical staff, and other departments.
This is a Fixed Term/Secondment until 19th November 2025.
• Coordinate and schedule surgical appointments in accordance with clinical guidelines and availability.
• Liaise with patients to confirm surgery dates, provide pre-operative instructions, and address queries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on patient management systems.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and efficient patient flow.
• Adhere to NHS policies, confidentiality standards, and data protection regulations.
• Support the wider administrative team with general clerical duties as required
