Summary

We’re looking for an amazing Compliance Manager to join our Finance Team and play a key role in championing audit, compliance, and stock integrity across our business. You’ll lead a team of internal audit and inventory professionals, ensuring our processes are robust, our standards are high, and our people are supported to deliver with integrity in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the business, using data and insight to drive performance, reduce risk, and support continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Lead and develop our internal audit and inventory management teams across Stores, Central and Warehouse functions.

· Deliver a robust compliance programme, ensuring alignment with internal and external standards.

· Own stock integrity and compliance KPIs, identifying trends and implementing improvements.

· Partner with senior stakeholders to embed compliance into business strategy and operations.

· Provide insightful reporting and analytics to support risk management and performance.

· Act as the key liaison with internal auditors and group compliance teams.

· Drive business improvement through process reviews and technological solutions.

· Coach and develop your team, setting clear goals and fostering a high-performance culture.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

· Qualified accountant or internal auditor (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 3+ years PQE.

· Strong experience in audit, compliance or risk management, ideally in a retail or FMCG environment.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· A commercial mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Experience leading, mentoring and coaching a team.

· Willingness to travel and spend time across our sites.
