Pay Rates: Up to £13.21 per hour depending on age

Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Restaurant & Bar Team Member – where you'll play a key role in creating unforgettable food and drink experiences for our guests.
We’re on the hunt for friendly, upbeat team members to bring fun, flavour, and great service to our restaurant and bar! In this dual role, you’ll be the face of our dining venues—greeting guests with a smile, taking orders, serving delicious food and drinks, and helping to create a warm, welcoming vibe that keeps everyone coming back for more.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests, take food and drink orders, and ensure every customer has a fantastic dining and bar experience
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with licensing requirements and company standards
- Prepare and present drinks using bar equipment, keeping the bar area stocked, clean and organised
- Work closely with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth, efficient service—especially during busy periods
- Keep restaurant, bar, and serving areas clean and tidy, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Stay up to date with the menu, daily specials, and promotions to answer guest questions and make recommendations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, fast food, or customer service role is a plus but not required
- A confident, positive, and guest-focused attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn bar service standards, including responsible alcohol service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
