My client, an established Bar/Restaurant group with operations near Padstow and Newquay are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team in the Newquay Kitchen,
You will have a proven track record working with good, fresh local produce and be able to effectively run the kitchen in the absence of the head Chef.
Based on two main floors, this operation had a fantastic reputation for food, drinks and stunning views of one of Newquay’s most stunning beaches.
You will have experience working within high volume operations and be able to work under pressure, within a team and be creative and proactive within the kitchen.
This position offers a permanent role, great tips, NO parking, but a Year Round Job (Expect 3 weeks of Jan).
Meals Included, and Chefs Whites provided.
In a newly Refurbished Site, with a kitchen that has been fully kitted out in new Equipment, under leader ship of a very experienced Head Chef.
Salary P/H depending on Experience but £14-16 p/h
