You'll lead on productivity, quality, and cost control, ensuring financial targets are achieved and exceeded. Regular reporting on SHE, operational, and financial performance will be a key part of your role, as well as fostering strong relationships with the council and other stakeholders. You'll also champion a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and best practice across your team.

  • A collaborative, proactive, and accountable approach to leadership.
  • Ability to manage staff performance, succession planning, and training.
  • Commitment to achieving KPIs, improving contract performance, and maintaining a zero-incident safety culture.

What You'll Get in Return

  • The opportunity to lead impactful infrastructure projects that benefit local communities.
  • A collaborative and supportive working environment.
  • A role where your leadership will directly influence operational success and safety outcomes.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression.
