Summary
We're looking to recruit two System Test Analysts who will be responsible for ensuring an effective regime of system, integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), leading to the delivery of software and system integration which is robust and fit for purpose.
The main focus of the role will be on the testing of our new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) but work will also include existing system upgrades, integration testing and improvements.
The roles will be based at Conquest Hospital, St Leonards with occasional travel to other Trust sites and opportunities for home/flexible working.

The Test Analysts will review software functional and integration specifications, advise on testing requirements and co-ordinate with departmental leads on scheduling and execution of testing. The post holders will be responsible for regression testing and support UAT including designing test cases, writing test scripts, reports and executing test scripts for both new and upgraded software and integration changes.
Our ideal candidates will already have knowledge of system testing and system integration via HL7 and experience of working with suppliers, users and configuration teams. A technical appreciation and understanding to enable diagnosis of defects during testing will be key, together with a general understanding of the various regulations, procedures and protocols that must be met. We'll also be looking for excellent communication skills, a logical and analytical approach and a flexible attitude with the ability to work after normal working hours when required.
