We have an exciting opportunity to join us as an Operations Support Assistant! We are a not-for-profit social enterprise and
registered charity that runs and operates Active Lifestyle Centres throughout South Gloucestershire.
You will report to the Operations Director and carry out a full range of administrative duties including but not limited to:
• Assisting the Operations and Commercial Development teams with a range of administrative duties
• Assisting with the creation of reports and the regular tracking of key performance indicators
• Assisting with administration related to corporate policies and procedures
• Providing administrative support across all departments, including financial, customer services, marketing, healthy lifestyle,
events, swimming and health and safety.
• Liaising with customers, staff and suppliers as required
• Send letters and coordinate responses in support of the operational and commercial departments, and dealing with telephone
enquiries as required
We want to hear from you if you...
• Hold 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grace C or above including Maths and English
• Have experience of using computer systems, in particular Word and Excel
• Have the ability to communicate clearly and logically both orally and in writing
• Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
Hours:
This role is a 24 hour per week contract, with a requirement to work 7.5 hour days on Mondays and Fridays.
