We are looking for a full time Nursery Manager for our busy Ormesby setting.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for the overall running of the setting and the welfare of the team as a whole. This includes, but is not limited to the below:
Empowering the team to deliver rich learning opportunities for all children by constantly creating unique and exciting activities.
Ensuring all staff are fully aware of their responsibilities and are carrying out their role in line with all policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
Fully managing the overall day to day operation of the nursery.
Ensuring that the nursery is operating effectively by achieving high occupancy and controlling costs.
Deploying staff appropriately and working closely with the Senior Management team.
In order to be successful in your application you would require the following experience/qualifications:
At least 12 months experience working at Senior Level.
At least a Level 3 qualification.
An thorough, detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted.
An excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with children and families.
Experience of working in partnership with parents and outside agencies.
The ability to demonstrate multi agency working and experience of leading staff meetings.
