Are you looking for a rewarding cleaning role with great benefits?
We’re currently seeking a dedicated cleaner to join our team at a local school on a temporary basis. In this role, your attention to detail and commitment will help create a clean, welcoming environment that supports students’ learning and well-being.
The School
We are a friendly and inclusive school, set in the historic market town of Skipton.
The school is a proud member of the Yorkshire Causeway Schools Trust (YCST), a multi academy trust that works in partnership to support the school and its children.
The Role
As a Cleaner with North Yorkshire Council, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students and staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
General cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
Cleaning and sanitising washrooms and other communal areas
Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained throughout the site

Weekday shifts of 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM (15 hours per week, with some flexibility). No weekend work!
