What Will You Be Doing?



As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office functions. Your responsibilities will include:



Delivering general administrative support to the wider team
Raising purchase order numbers and processing purchase requisitions
Documenting the receipt of goods using the Goods Received Note (GRN) process
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely updates to internal systems
Supporting internal teams with data entry and document management
Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to confirm deliveries and resolve discrepancies
Contributing to the efficiency of workflows by completing additional office tasks as required


Who Are We Looking For?



We’re seeking a reliable and organised individual who thrives in a structured environment. You’ll be a great fit if you have:



Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Confidence in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Familiarity with purchase orders or GRN processes (advantageous but not essential)
