An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Public Transport Unit within Stirling Bus Station as an Admin Support Modern Apprentice. Within the Public Transport Team, you will assist and learn to provide effective administrative support with particular responsibility for providing front-line public transport information, issuing tickets and passes on behalf of bus companies and assisting with the administration of the Concessionary Travel and Disabled Parking Badge schemes and the Demand Responsive Transport (DRT) and TaxiCard booking service. The successful applicant will be 16-19 (or a 2025 summer leaver) and required to undertake the Customer Service Modern Apprenticeship SCQF 5 qualification along with other relevant training.
