Igo Travel Ltd is the official UK general agent for Trip2EU.com, an international tourism project launched by HCG (Huacheng Global)—a wholly owned subsidiary of Ctrip Group (Trip.com), Asia’s largest online travel agency.
We specialize in UK domestic tours and Ctrip’s pan-European hop-on hop-off coach network, linking 27 countries including the UK, France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, and the Netherlands etc. Together with Ctrip, we are shaping the future of flexible, cross-border travel for independent travelers in Europe.
Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end management of travel itineraries, including UK day tours and Europe bus tour packages.
Work closely with local suppliers (e.g. coach operators, hotels, attractions) to coordinate bookings and secure availability.
Monitor tour operations and customer satisfaction, ensuring all services meet Trip2EU/Ctrip brand standards.
Resolve on-site or last-minute issues with agility and professionalism.
Liaise with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to refine products and handle customer feedback.
Manage and optimize operational costs while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Recruit, train, and manage tour guides or tour assistants as needed.
Monitor operational data, tour occupancy, and performance metrics to support strategic decisions.

5+ years of experience in travel operations or tour management (preferably with international or inbound travel).
Strong network and understanding of UK and Europe-based tourism suppliers.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
Comfortable with fast-paced, multi-tasking environments and managing teams remotely.
Knowledge of tourism regulations, visa policies, and travel insurance procedures in Europe is a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally for tour inspections or partner meetings.
Legal right to work in the UK or eligible for UK work visa sponsorship.
What We Offer
A rare opportunity to manage a flagship international project backed by Trip.com Group (Ctrip).
Competitive salary + performance bonuses.
UK Work Visa Sponsorship available for eligible candidates.
Flexible work model (remote + on-site).
