Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and analytics-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across Chinese and international platforms. You will develop and execute content strategies to increase brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive tour bookings in both the UK and Europe markets.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across WeChat, Xiaohongshu, TikTok (Douyin), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others.

Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar in alignment with marketing campaigns and product promotions.

Grow and manage follower bases and engagement in both Chinese and international communities.

Collaborate with the design and product teams to create compelling visuals and tour promotions.

Monitor trends and competitors to position Igo Travel/Trip2EU as a leading travel solution brand.

Execute and optimise paid social advertising campaigns.

Engage with followers, manage comments, enquiries, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics (reach, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

1-2 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing (travel industry preferred).

Strong understanding of Chinese and international social media platforms and audience behaviour.

Proven track record in growing community size and engagement.

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent visual content tools.

Knowledge of SEO, paid ad management, and influencer collaboration is a plus.

Strong writing and storytelling skills tailored for digital content.

Legal right to work in the UK or eligible for UK work visa sponsorship.
