Adult Learning Tutors
South Bridge Resource Centre

Salary: £23.56 per hour
Hours: Casual contract

We are looking to recruit experienced sessional tutors willing to offer both accredited and non-certificated courses in community settings all around Edinburgh. To further compliment our current Adult Learning & Family Learning activities we are looking for tutors in Literacy and Numeracy, Sign Language, Lip Reading as well as subjects such as Art, Jewellery, Music, Woodwork, Languages, Cookery, Upcycling, Crafts, Yoga, History, Walks etc

Experience of teaching and relevant qualifications in the subject matter are desirable

Applicants must be available to deliver community-based provision at times to suit learner needs, which may include daytime, evening or weekend classes.

These posts are for casual tertiary staff. Learning classes/activity can be delivered morning , afternoon, evening or weekends and are typically 2 hours in duration. These are offered by working arrangements that are approximately 30 weeks per year.
