Summary

Broker Relationship Manager | Motor Insurtech | Home-Based, UK-Wide

We’re working with a fast-growing UK insurtech that’s quietly but confidently transforming the way commercial motor insurance works. Powered by connected technology and real-time data, this business is helping some of the UK’s most recognisable fleet operators to drive more safely and efficiently and they’re just getting started.
Backed by a blend of government support and venture capital investment, this is a company with genuine momentum, an impressive product, and a clear mission. They’re now looking for experienced Broker Relationship Managers, both at mid and senior levels, to support their national growth. Someone who understands the value of strong broker relationships and who are motivated by opening doors, changing minds, nurturing connections, and doing things differently to get results.

Why this role stands out
This isn’t your typical insurer or MGA role. It’s a chance to be part of something that’s pushing boundaries in an industry crying out for innovation. If you're someone who knows how to spot opportunity, who enjoys the challenge of growing that further, and who can have meaningful conversations with brokers and clients alike, this could be a defining move in your career.
This is new, exciting, cutting edge. If your’re interested reading this, imagine how your clients will feel when you introduce it to them?

What you’ll be doing

- Building and growing broker relationships across the UK, with a real focus on new business
• Targeting enterprise fleets and larger broker accounts with a modern, data-led proposition
• Working closely with talented product, underwriting, and data teams
• Representing a usage-based insurance model that offers flexibility, insight, and real safety benefits

We’re looking for

- Experience in commercial motor, fleet, or ideally insurtech environments
• A solid understanding of the broker landscape and how to navigate it
• Confidence in strategic thinking and long-term relationship development
• For senior applicants: exposure to network brokers and complex distribution models
• Above all, a passion for doing things better and helping clients do the same

The package

- Home-based role, open to candidates UK-wide (from Scotland to the South Coast)
• Mid-level: up to £65,000 basic plus quarterly commission (up to £5,000)
• Senior: up to £85,000 basic plus the same commission structure
• Private healthcare, 5% employer pension contribution (3% employee)
• All travel expenses covered

If you’re ready to be more than just a number in a large corporate or find your current product mundane and want to be part of a team where your ideas, experience, and energy can directly shape the business, then we’d love to hear from you.
