Summary
Role overview
We’re looking for a Programme Manager to deliver a new family support service. You will overseeing the delivery of the service,
recruiting and managing the team of 8, working across multiple sites and establishing the systems and processes across the
service. You will be responsible for all aspects of operational management from referral and case allocation systems, processes
and performance management through to safeguarding, health and safety, quality management and data security. Additionally, you
will be responsible for a small case load as well as working with the Quality Assurance Manager to maintain and upkeep the
standards and quality of work delivered.
A key aspect of the role will be networking and building relationships with stakeholders and other key agencies to ensure service
users can be signposted to additional support and to grow Pact’s presence in the region.
This role can be office based or hybrid, however, we require candidates to be from the west midlands area.
'Please note that this role requires travel across the West Midlands. Based in Bham or Wolverhampton (Possible Hybrid working)
Supporting team that are covering: Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Cannock, Tamworth, Burton, Kitts Green Wolverhampton, Coventry,
Rugby, Leamington Spa and Warwickshire
