What skills and experience we're looking for

GCSE Grade C/4 or above or equivalent in English & MathsNVQ level 3 qualification

Working within a school and team environment

Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage time to ensure deadlines are met

Able to communicate effectively

Ability to work independently with a good awareness of when to take initiative and when to check and confirm actions

Ability to work well under pressure and to respect sensitive and confidential information
