What skills and experience we're looking for

We wish to appoint a skilled, highly effective, and passionate Class Teacher to join our friendly, inclusive, and welcoming 3-form-entry school. Applications from ambitious and driven Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly welcomed.

The successful applicant will be energetic, passionate, and ambitious, maintaining the highest expectations of all children, in line with our school vision ‘Better Never Stops’. They will skilfully work in partnership with other teachers, LSAs, and other professionals to ensure the best provision and achieve the best outcomes for our pupils. Experience of, or an interest in, Pie Corbett’s Talk for Writing approach would be desirable, as the school is a Training Centre.

The post holder will possess excellent communication skills and a clear commitment to their own and others’ professional development.
