- Ability to implement behaviour management strategies.

Communication Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

Adaptability and Creativity

- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit diverse learners.

- Creative in developing engaging and innovative lessons.

Teamwork and Collaboration

- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.

- Willingness to participate in school events and extracurricular activities.

Technological Skills

- Proficient in using educational technology and digital resources.

- Ability to integrate technology into lessons effectively.

Assessment Experience

- Experience in using assessment data to inform instruction and improve pupil outcomes.

- Familiarity with formative and summative assessment techniques.

- Evidence of continuous professional development in education.
