The Best Connection is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our Wolverhampton based client.
Immediate start available.
Basic pay is between £13.00 to £14.00 per hour
Working hours are 10:00 till 17:00 Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities Oversee daily office functions and maintain a friendly, professional environment for visitors. Answer incoming phone calls and manage correspondence with a courteous and professional approach. Carry out accurate and timely data entry, ensuring records are kept current. Use QuickBooks to perform basic finance tasks such as raising invoices and tracking expenses. Assist with the creation of reports and presentations using Google Suite tools. Organise and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for quick and easy document access. Monitor office supplies and reorder stock when necessary. Provide general administrative support to colleagues across the team as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative or clerical position is desirable. Strong organisational abilities and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently. Professional telephone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident user of Google Suite and QuickBooks. Accurate and reliable in performing data entry tasks. Comfortable using standard office equipment such as printers and scanners.
