Lunctime Break Support Worker, Part Time

Hours: 5 hours per week, Thursdays & Fridays 11.30am - 2pm

Salary: £13.09 per hour (£3404 per annum based on an FTE of £24,000)

About The Role

As a Lunchtime Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a safe, engaging, and enjoyable lunchtime experience for
individuals in our Skills for Life programme.

You’ll help foster a sense of community and wellbeing, while supporting independence and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and support lunchtime breaks, promoting wellbeing and social interaction.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all lunch areas.
* Adhere to food hygiene standards and report any incidents via the Nourish Care System.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth lunchtime operations.
* Support the health and wellbeing activities led by our Health and Wellbeing Co-ordinator.
* Uphold The Grange’s values and contribute to our long-term goals.

Desirable:

* Experience in care or working with people with physical/learning disabilities
* Food Hygiene Level 2
