About The Role
As a Lunchtime Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a safe, engaging, and enjoyable lunchtime experience for
individuals in our Skills for Life programme.
You’ll help foster a sense of community and wellbeing, while supporting independence and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support lunchtime breaks, promoting wellbeing and social interaction.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all lunch areas.
* Adhere to food hygiene standards and report any incidents via the Nourish Care System.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth lunchtime operations.
* Support the health and wellbeing activities led by our Health and Wellbeing Co-ordinator.
* Uphold The Grange’s values and contribute to our long-term goals.
