Job Title: Robotic Welding Technician (Day Shift)
Location: West Bromwich
Pay: £14 – £15 per hour
Hours: 39 hours/week (Start time: 8:00 AM)
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Robotic Welding Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be programming and troubleshooting Fanuc robotic welding systems, maintaining production targets, and supporting continuous improvement activities across the workshop.

Key Responsibilities
• ✅ Program Fanuc robotic welders from scratch.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with robotic and ancillary welding equipment.
• Ensure equipment runs at optimal production rates.
• Arrange service and repair work with subcontractors.
• Support ongoing improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.
• ï¸ Follow all Health & Safety standards and best practices.
• Perform other relevant duties as required.
What You’ll Bring
• Proven experience programming Fanuc welding robots.
• Strong problem-solving skills with robotic systems.
• Skilled in MIG and spot welding (manual and robotic).
• Experience with seam and stitch welding techniques.
• âš™ï¸ Solid mechanical knowledge of welding and production equipment.
