JOB SUMMARY
Deliver a professional and welcoming Front of House service to all visitors and callers, ensuring a seamless experience. Manage
the journey of all retail and trade leads, including conducting show home tours and guiding customers through their buying
process. Maintain accurate CRM records and support the Sales team with general administrative tasks.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Whilst there is a degree of role flexibility subject to the skills of the candidates in question, duties covered by the sales
department include to:
Primary
* Proactively follow up all leads coming into the business
* Record all leads accurately and ensure future tasks are logged appropriately.
* Manage the booking of all initial retail customer showground appointments. Starting their journey with us through to hand over
to a Sales Director.
* Revealing any new information to customers, presenting details of the homes seen during the research process
* Continually improve knowledge regarding homes and the prestige build process to ensure customer queries are answered
accurately.
* Own Land lead qualification and subsequent follow up.
* Facilitate all ‘Park Finder’ requests and look to grow the Estate Agency offering.
* Answer all incoming calls to reception ensuring a quick response, screening as appropriate, accurately transfer to relevant
connection and announcing callers as identified, and taking messages where appropriate for forwarding onwards by email to the
relevant person/dept.
* Undertaking general administration duties to support the smooth running of Reception and the Sales office, including
photocopying, scanning, filing, binding and corresponding via e-mail and telephone as appropriate.
Secondary
* Organise all brochure / magazine requests /Post
* Support with project works and performing routine CRM maintenance.
* Support with specification updates relating to customer orders where needed

The ideal candidate will have:
* GCSE English or equivalent
Experience and Knowledge
* Enthusiastic and self-motivated, willing to put in extra effort when required.
* Evidenced experience in a customer facing role or shared reception role.
* Recent experience of using a CRM. Good IT skills, competence with Microsoft Office.
* Good self-presentation skills, polite and well mannered.

* Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Possess a flexible, supportive and approachable manner.
